A subject that I enjoy studying this semester

One of the subjects that I enjoy most is "Normative Framework for Administrative Action II", in this class Professor Marcelo Galaz explains the norms that are applicable to a specific topic on the administration of the State. For example, about State Assets, the personnel of the State administration or the control exercised by the State administration. It also makes us relate the subject with news events and discuss them in class.

The main contents that I have seen are:

Goods: Here we distinguished the Goods of private ownership of the Public Domain Goods that are subclassified in State Goods and National Goods of Public Use.

Labor Relationship: Here we studied about the rules applicable to the employment relationship that has the administration of the State, such as Law 18.834 (Administrative Statute) that regulates public officials, except for the organs of the State administration that are regulated by another special rule.

I like this subject because it is something that at some point will be applicable to me and it is necessary that I know how to act within that legal framework. I also like to learn about the laws that regulate the administration of the State.
